We believe that through eating we fulfill what the body needs. This is consistent with identifying social interactions, how people organize their food and reasons behind these choices. These choices include portion control/colorful plate sharing of foods, and proper body hydration.
Nowadays consumers and public health authorities are increasingly vocal in their concerns and desires for responsible behaviors around FOOD. We at lifestyle institute, believe that it is part of our civic and professional responsibility to provide workshops healthier lifestyles around food, movement, holistic cooking and meaningful eating in order to drive behavior change around Food.

Our Maternal Care
We provide advocacy for maternal care and safety to prevent maternal mortality increase. We provide BLS workshops to new parents and their families. Also advocate & provide nutritional meals to new mothers with little or no milk of their own.
Our Wellness Programs
is overseen by a group of caring certified health and wellness coaches who create a positive environment of diversity that enables us to spur innovations. We develop experiences that make others feel a little happier, self -centered and connected. Focusing on the link between nutrition, health and disease.

Holistic health is a kind of healing that takes into account the whole person- body. By adhering to science research, and the holistic medicine philosophy, one can gain optimal balance in life.
Holistic medicine is also based on the principle of boundless love and support as essential gift to the client in the process. It involves fixing the cause of the condition, not just alleviating the symptoms. Holistic practices provide treatment choices like Reflexology& sotia body balancing. Integrative healthcare can help alleviate mental and physical distress
Reflexology and Sotia
